Annual Community Dinner

Majestic Reign believes in community and uplifting and uniting families and friends and what better way than around a hearty dinner. Beginning in 2020 as the result of the pandemic, we decided to provide meals to low income families and senior citizens for Thanksgiving. Our first year we partnered with Da Jerk Pit Jamaican and Soul Food Restaurant and we were able to feed 450 individuals. We seek to increase our outreach annually, making sure that no one would go without. Our outreach was such a success and were able to feed the most vulnerable among us, senior citizens and families with children in the Evanston/Skokie District 65 and/or Evanston Township High School District 202 who receive free or reduced lunch. Unbeknownst to many, Evanston is home to a number of low income senior citizens and families, displaced refugees, migrants and an ever increasing homeless population, as well as individuals and families who have been displaced due to domestic violence. You are able to make 100% a tax deductible contribution throughout the year to contribute to our program. Please help us make their holiday a happy and memorable one!
